What causes sharp pain in my mid section of my abdomen ?

Many things: Can cause abdominal pains. Constipation, gastritis, viral infection, urinary infection, ovary, appendicitis, stomach ulcer, pancreatitis, hepatitis... The list goes on. Needs a physical exam with a doctor. Cannot tell here.
