I am having severe pains in the mid section of my abdomen & severe cramps in my vaginal are what could this be?

Describing spasms: This sounds like cramping in your mid to lower abdomen. Likely causes would be 1. Constipation with hard stool stretching the bowel as it moves along. 2. Ovulation, if you are midway in your cycle. 3. Menstrual cramping if that time of the month. 4. Pelvic infection-pid, tubal preg; ovarian cysts. Rx's: water 10 cups/day + 5-10 prunes, no soda's/caffeine for the bowel. Add fiber to diet walk.
