May be...: The described cyst is most likely a cyst of Skene's gland right next to urethral opening, resulting from poor drainage by obstructing the gland opening. If being mentally or physically comfortable, it's reasonable to just leave it along; if not, minor surgical excision is needed. Ask Doc timely for individual detail. Best wish...
