Many reasons: Obviously if you are breast feeding this can cause cycle disruption. Anything that causes you not to ovulate (thyroid disorder, major weight loss or gain, etc) will lead to cycle disruption. An exam and some simple blood test will often identify the cause and suggests treatments.
