Pelvic disorder: Early twenties female w. New onset perimenstrual discomforts ; vaginal discharge must consider genital infection and endometriosis amongst other causes. Addition of "loin" pain to symptom constellation arouses concern for pelvic girdle joint disorder, which can radiate to groin. Joint hypermobility syndrome is a unifying hypothesis and can explain much of the patient's self-described syndrome.
