A member asked:

Would you do neck surgery, if you have a venous anginoma that they don't know what is causing it?

Ask neurosurgeon: For such a detailed diagnosis, it's probably best to consult with a neurosurgeon, to specifically answer whether surgery is indicated for your angioma or not. It may depend on the size, location, and how it's impacting your health. Often times, they can be congenital, and can grow. So this has to be documented, and imaged. Then, you'll have a good idea what to do.
