It depends on...: It depends on the extent of tumor in the peritoneal areas. Is it only in the pelvic area or does it involve upper abdominal peritoneum as well. We need to know the stage and the grade of this tumor. How is the ca125 now and check itx2-3. You will likely benefit from chemo unless the tumor is entirely diagnosed as "borderline malignant" tumor). Get a second opinion also before you rush into chemoth.
