I am suffering from mild concentric hypertropy of left ventricle .. is it cureble and reverseble . i have no other problem in my heart?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

HTN: All that means is you have high blood pressure. Reduce salt ; fat intake, lose weight, stop smoking, and exercise daily. You may need blood pressure medicine. For your information in case your doctor in india tells you otherwise, the goal blood pressure is 130/80 with a range of 100-135/70-90. It should not be higher if you have no other problems with the heart. If told otherwise, find a new dr.
