Type I AV block: You should ask your cardiologist this question. The heat can cause a need for a higher heart rate. If the type i av block limits your ability to increase your rate, you could have symptoms in the hot tub or sauna. Without more information those of us out here shouldn't be advising you other than caution regarding those exposures.

Mobitz 1: Mobitz 1 type of 2nd degree heart block is a rather mild condition in which an occasional heart beat is blocked. With higher degrees of 2nd degree heart block, the heart rate is quite slow and i feel excessively hot temperatures may be harmful as blood pressure falls. I don't feel that exposure to hot temperatures would affect mobitz 1 2nd degree heart block as the heart rate is not unusually slow.
