Sinus headaches: It is possible to have sinus congestion and pain without having nasal congestion. If this occurs, you generally would have a sinus headache (pain to the front of the head and the face) without feeling the need to blow your nose. Follow up at a local urgent care to ensure you do not need to be treated for a sinus infection.
