Yes: Sinusitis due to a cold is usually viral and can cause feeling of congestion in all the sinuses, headache and occasionally dizziness. Some forms of migraine can cause dizziness. Always consult with your physician for any new or worsening symptoms. Don't hesitate to ask for a referral to a specialist if your not improving with your physicians treatment.
