Not unusual.: The vestibular system is quite sensitive and it is not unusual to experience residual short bursts of dysequilibrium when the system is tested by an event like an elevator or ferris wheel/ roller coaster ride. You way want to see a balance therapist for evaluation and recommendation of home exercises you can do to improve any residual imbalance.
