Enlarge lymph node: Any lump which is tender, indicate it is inflame, if it is under skin it may be a lymph node. Most likely you have acute inflamed lymph node, in rt base of skull due to any sckertch infection of skin over scalp. I did not think it is related to your previous condition, but we can answer better after seeing you.
