Ask your Oncologist: Yes there are different antibodies that can help make a diagnosis. But it depends on what kind of problem you have. It is not your job to worry about this...It is your doctors responsibility.

Yes, : Qualified neurologist and oncologists known which antibodies to test for. It's a problem for your doctors not you to find a qualified persons.
