A member asked:

Getting frequent vision loss, lightheadedness, pressure in the head, tinnitus, and tachycardia after changing position (bowing) means dysautomia?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unlikely dysautomia: Most likely diagnosis is benign positional vertigo (bnv). However other diagnoses include meniere's disease and vestibular migraine. In the e.D. The DX can be made by positional changes . In dysautomia there is no tachycardia with change of positions. Meniere's and bnv involve disorders of the inner ear. Vestibular migraine is more associated with vision loss. Treatment is usually symptomatic.
