Yes: Unfortunately fever for enterovirus can last as long as 5 to 7 days. Dehydration is the biggest concern with enterovirus. Although there can be some other complications that you should continue to monitor for your child. I hope they are feeling better shortly.

Not 21 days:: Possibly a week with 1 virus, a week's break, and a week with the second virus, but nor 21 days continuous.
