My mom(45) yrs is having joint pain in left knee. test reports arthritis and dat there is an early degeneration of tissue in her joint please suggest.

Since she has early: Arthritis, she needs regular pain meds, therapy to control the pain and maintain ms strength and be active. If continues to have pain, then steroid shots would be helpful. She should try using a cane to off-load her painful knee. See a local orthopod to get the best advice for her.

See details: There are several options for what appears to be mild osteoarthritis of the knee. Your mother can try tylenol (acetaminophen) or an NSAID such as Ibuprofen or Naproxen if her doctor agrees. If this does not help have her see an orthopedist or rheumatologist.
