See doctor: This may be from seborrhea dermatitis which often occurs at oily parts of the skin. An anti-fungal cream my help. The only thing unusual in that you do not have any scales at the area. You may also try topical Hydrocortisone cream. If the problem persists, best to see a dermatologist if it bothers you a lot.
