Possibly heartburn: You have to be more specific as to when you experience the pains, but heartburn (i.e. Reflux) is possible. Based on your age, it is unlikely that the symptoms are cardiac in nature. The pains could also be musculoskeletal. Check with your pcp, as all chest pains should be evaluated.
