Listen to your body: Calcium supplements can cause constipation which can cause pain. They are not necessary. If one avoids sugar, salt, and fat and eats wholesome vegetables and high quality proteins one gets the correct nutrients. If having dairrhea calcium is probably not the cause of pain. Pressure could come from gas. A tea made with 1 t of thyme leaves steeped for 5 minutes and strained might help.
