A member asked:

Can i use hydroquinone with retinaldehyde and glycolic acid?

Yes: Hydroquinone is a bleaching agent and can be used 2x/day if needed. The dose should be decreased after 6-9months for 1/day. For best results, try the glycolic acid in the am and the retinaldehyde in the pm to decrease redness. Some products combine them and if so, use at night to avoid the dryness in the winter months.

Hydorquinone: I would not. First of all I am concerned about hydroquinone on the skin chronically. Second I am concerned about possible irritant interactions.

Need more info: I think this would be better answered by a dermatologist who knows your skin condition..
