Your conditions are: Listed as 'feeling anxious' and 'mood swings'. Cipralex (escitalopram) is often used for anxiety or depression. I don't really have a way to know how much you do or don't need it. Did a psychiatrist prescribe it who could help you to come to a conclusion on that matter? Every medication has possible side effects. I don't have a way to know if you were misdiagnosed. Second opinion may help.
