County clinic.: For free or low cost care, i'd visit a county clinic or a federally qualified health center (fqhc). Fqhcs are available throughout the U.S. And often serve low income or people without insurance. Also, many primary care offices take cash, so you don't necessarily need insurance to see a doctor.
