It's complicated: Only an health insurance broker would be able to answer that question. Because each insurance company has hundreds and perhaps thousands of plans it offers depending on contracts with individuals or their employers. For example, you and a friend working for 2 different employers in the same city may both have bcbs, but benefits might be different. Ask an insurance broker. Hope this helps.

Yes, there are: some that cover. A big factor is the state you are employed in. If it is IL, MA, CT, Nj, RI, MD ... then you are in luck. These states have the best mandate to require insurance companies to provide IVF coverage. Otherwise, it is up to your employer.
