How do you cure or treat a heatstroke/rosacea/lack of sweat -type of condition on the chin?

In: Heatstroke, you remove the person from the heat, hydrate and carefully cool down the body. Rosacea could be treated with certain antibiotics although is not an infection. Third, why would you like to sweat under your chin?
