I do not think so: Because most of it will not absorb because of the diarrhea.

Before: Before giving yo9ur child anything check with the Pediatrician. Most children, on a well. b flanked diet, do not need vitamins. But if yo0ur Pediatrician recommended them, make sure they are pediatric vitamins and carefully monitor the dose.
