Pork skins: Fried pork skins is not a health food, and should be avoided by most people. If you need a snack, try fresh fruit or a vegetable instead.

Yes: It is also mostly fat and there is really nothing good to be said about it especially for the pigs from which the ears were obtained.

Fried anything: Really, fried anything would be bad for your health. Frying and deep frying are not helpful ways to prepare food in general. As far as pork skins are concerned, the predominance of fat in animal meat can be found under the skin, so you're adding fat to a very fatty portion of meat. Not a great idea.
