I can't put any pressure on my heel. this has been going on for a week. everytime i put pressure on it it feels like needles going through my foot.

Heel spur: If an arch support does not help, get a steroid injection.

Foot Doc Needed.: You most likely have plantar fasciitis with baxter's nerve entrapment. If resting, over-the-counter (otc) ibuprofen, icing, and prefabricated orthosis (or medical-grade arch supports) do not help, please see a reputable foot doctor asap for possible 3 series of steroid injection, night splint, custom-made orthosis, and physical therapy.
