Depends: Most 19 yo have gone through puberty, which releases hormones that tell the growth centers to close.Once they close, no further linear growth will occur. Some people have delayed bone maturity and continue to grow into their early 20's. A single xray of the wrist and hand can be examined for open growth centers and predict future growth. Nothing helps you grow taller after growth centers close.
