My friend has lice please help me tell her not to come over?

Why not just...: ...Tell her to seek treatment? The treatment for lice (either head or pubic) is very straightforward, and not expensive. Once she is treated, you can let her come over all she wants.

I would be candid.: Advise that you are concerned about contracting lice. Ask her to let you know when she has been successfully treated so that the two of you can spend more time together. Remember - having lice is very common - it is not leprosy.
