Lice: Your description is a bit creepy. If you want to try a first step go buy some NIX (permethrin) germicidal shampoo and apply it to the scalp for a couple of hours. Rinse it out well. Examine the hair shafts for nits (white cacoons) and cimb or pick them off. Wash all the bedding and buy new combs etc. It maybe better to go right to the doctor with examples in hand to get a more aggressive approach.

There are little tiny bugs in my hair. Not lice or nits or fleas but they look almost like little flies. If I itch my head ( dandruff ) I find them.
