Pain: If a muscle is sore, that means it has pain when it is touched or when you move it. If it is weak, that means it is hard to use it because it doesn't have much strength. You might feel as if you are weak if a muscle hurts when you use it so you don't want to use it. But if you really had to use it (like to save your child) you could do that.
