It depnds on its siz: You should monitor the size of your lymph gland. If it is less than 1.5 cm, it may not be anything to worry about. But if it is getting bigger and gets to be 2 cm or larger, then you should consult your doctor, as a biopsy may be desirable to find the cause. Nothing immediately to worry about, but check if it is growing over the next 1-2 months or not..
