Follow closely: It means your kidneys cannot hold on to protein, this needs to be followed clinically to make sure you have do not have kidney disease related to pregnancy. It would be important to know if your kidneys were working fine before the pregnancy. Also the dr will be watching your blood pressure to make sure you don't develop pre-eclampsia. Careful monitoring by frequent evaluation.
