Very Slowly indeed: Detoxifying from a benzodiazepine is a master work. I will recommend to seek professional advice right away, and never do it on your own. Also you may need replacement with another anti anxiety medications to reduce the symptoms of withdrawal and the main reason for starting Clonazepam in the first place. You can take a half a tablet every 8-12 hours and have withdrawal symptoms less frequently.

Psych isssue?: The last pill is often the most difficult when detoxing from physical dependence on a medication such as klonopin (clonazepam). However, there may be psychological issues which have to be addressed and are the continued reason for the persistent anxiety. It is best to discuss this with a psychiatrist who understands this medication as well as psychological issues.
