I had a partial hystrectomy a year ago and i have tried lubricants nothing works intercourse is impossible. it hurt what could be going on?

S/he can recommend some easy solutions to bring immediate relief. Also, they will need to test further, or may suggest looking at bio identical hormone balancing too.

Hormones: If you are experiencing dryness, i'd recommend seeing your gyn about trying some estrogen cream. If you are having pain in a particular area; it could be adhesions or scar tissue.
