Get tested: You did the right thing. Although the risk is very low, phone your personal physician now and ask what you should do. You may also ask your partner whether they know their HIV status -- even if this was just casual fun, common humanity would make this an appropriate question. There are other illnesses as well that can be caught this way ; a pregnancy can spoil three lives. Be safe.
