Moisture trapping.: Due to the moisture trapping in the anal area from the weeping of the inflamed hemorrhoid, you are having irritation of the skin. It is likely a condition called intertrigo--inflamed skin in areas where there is moisture trapping and heat. Attempt to keep the area dry by cleansing, using a blowdryer on the cool setting, and applying a diaper rash cream (like what you will use on your infant).
