Home Rx or procto ?: Sound like you might benefit from treatment of constipation (more bulk, maybe sennacoids and/or miralax (polyethylene glycol) (R)) and treating the rash with otc lotramin in case its basically diaper rash. If continues, consult proctologist/ GI specialist.
