Not worrisome: Plan b can definitely affect your cycle, and cause extra bleeding, or a delay in your next cycle. It is very unlikely you conceived given what you've said, but if you are worried, then you can take an over the counter test 2 weeks after the "event". And don't be surprised if your next period is a little off as well.
