The best way: To find a vocation is to go and follow a respiratory therapist for a few hours but pick the time they are most busy, like the one in the ICU to see if you like the actions and can enjoy the job. If you do, then go for it. It is something with lots of work and actions sometimes, and you'll have to know a lot: about health, people, their relationships and interactions and science like ventilators.
