Anal fissure: Hard to tell without seeing. Anal valves are up inside. Probably skin tags or folds.

These could: Be residual skin tags from prior external hemorrhoidal flare ups. I suspect you got the fissure due to relative constipation which also can cause hemorrhoidal flares and resulting skin tags. They are benign and i assume you have had a proper examination. Glad to hear your fissure is healing. Keep at it.
