Possibly: Mechanical stretching of the vagina and vaginal opening can cause bleeding from a purely mechanical basis. Sometimes this can be pain free but not always. Other causes of painless vaginal bleeding during intercourse can include cervical or uterine lesions. If this recurs, i would see a gynecologist and get an exam to rule out any problems.
