3-6 weeks: Normal periods can resume as early as 3 weeks following a d;c or as late as 6 weeks. Typically by 6 weeks most women will have had a cycle. The cycle might be light however. White discharge is normal to have every day, so long as not associated with itching or pain, i wouldn't worry. Good luck.
