Infection?: "White" and "milky" discharge suggest bacterial vaginosis, an overgrowth of mostly normal bacteria. BV is especially likely if there is strong vaginal odor, often fishy. Early pregnancy or abortion could trigger BV; or an antibiotic if given at that time. Other infections like trichomonas or other STDs also are possible. See doctor (preferably gyn) for easy diagnosis and treatment.
