It may be: All a sensation. If your heart is only quivering, it is not pumping then you would not be here. For things like this, i don't hesitate to do the work up as peace of mind for a person is important. Go to your doctor and they can't do ekg, echo or holder to examine your heart and give you peace of mind. Good luck.
