It is best to see MD: Nose bleeds can be from simple bleeding vessel which if recurrent may need cauterization, just from allergic rhinitis and dryness, polyp but blood clotting problem is also a consideration. It is best to see your doctor for evaluation and treatment or referral if needed. Good luck.
