Gestalt Therapy: As a psychologist formally trained in the use of gestalt therapy, i can tell you that there is no criteria for you to see a gestalt therapist. Each therapist however will have his/her own style and use of gestalt therapy, essentially, you will be helped to become more aware of yourself, to live more in the present, and to explore the polarities that exist within you that might be hindering you.
