Variable: From study bogduk, et. Al. : (this is assuming you have had diagnostic blocks with at least 80% relief) following rf treatment, some 60% of patients obtained at least 80% relief of their pain, lasting at least 12 months, and 80% of patients sustained at least 60% relief. This relief of pain was accompanied by improvements in disability that were both clinically and statistically significant.

Possibly: As long as the diagnostic medial branch block injection gives you significantrelief, there is a good probability that the radiofrequency will give you significant relief.
