I took my bc pill on time last night but then i vomited about 5 hours later. should i take another now just in case and then my regular 1 later today?

Probably ok: We usually think it takes less than an hour or so to absorb the ingredients of the pill. So if vomiting occurred 5 hours later, a replacement pill is not necessary. However, it's not unsafe to take an extra pill to be 100% covered! if you actually saw the pill in your vomit, then i'd definitely take a replacement.
